Cancellation policy
At Cemcaribe, we are committed to providing professional, punctual, and high-quality service. By booking your online evaluation, you agree to the following conditions: 1. Reservation and Confirmation Reservations are made through our website or email. To secure your appointment, a deposit of 50% of the service fee is required. Once the deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the date, time, and assigned professional. 2. Changes and Rescheduling Rescheduling requests made 48 hours or more in advance will have no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of 25% of the service fee. 3. Cancellations Cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice: the deposit will be refunded within 10 business days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours' notice: the deposit will not be refunded. Failure to show up for the appointment without notice will be considered a default, and the deposit will be forfeited in full. 4. Special Conditions In the event of adverse weather conditions or force majeure, the appointment may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Full access to the lighting area and client are some representative availability are required during the evaluation. 5.
